Laptop locking automatically - Fix


Fix 1 - Above

I have been having problems with my laptop automatically locking. My battery on my Compaq is dead but it is plugged in so should continue but instead locks. I have been working on several fixes that you can try if you are having the same problems. Above shows how you can alter settings on the battery settings icon.

Fix 2 - Below


This fix shows how you might be able to help with the restart troubleshooter


Fix - 3

This fix shows how you might fix it with the power options in the control panel


Fix - 4

This fix shows how you could possibly fix it in the device manager.
